Corfu Secret takes seriously the few days of the year that you will spend for your holidays in our hotel.
Our aim is to be the best service provider and on your behalf to enjoy these services.
For this reason, we kindly request you, before booking, to read carefully the operating regulation, which governs the relationship between the company and the customers as set out below, to avoid any misunderstanding. (Regulation of Hotel-Customer Relations article 8 of Law 16652 / 30-10-86 FEK167A).
By booking, you declare full knowledge and acceptance of all our hotel policies and that all of the following terms have been accepted on your behalf. No withdrawal will be accepted.
✔ The hotel reception is open from 09.00 until 00.30 after midnight.
✔ We accept late check in but only on request and after e-mail to us with information about the time of check in. Arrivals after 00.30 at night, where the hotel reception is closed, are made strictly and upon your email request only with the written acceptance of the hotel. Additional charges may apply.
✔ Check-out time is 12 at noon. Late check out is available upon request at the reception and it depends according to our hotel availability. Additional charges may be applied.
✔ Prices are valid for a stay until 12:00 the following day.
✔ The room rate for an overnight stay (beyond 12 hours and up to 18 hours) will be reduced by 50% of the agreed room rate. Staying over 18.00 obliges the guest to pay the full price of a day.
✔ Our hotel accepts phone booking, Online or via email bookings only if they are guaranteed.
✔ We confirm reservations only after money is being transfer as a deposit or after sending us an active credit or debit card details, on the day of your booking. In all other cases the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice.
✔ The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge your card, in whole or in part, under the terms of each booking, as well as request a full payment of your stay upon arrival. It can also cancel a reservation if the credit card details are invalid.
✔ Any bank fees or commissions fees are always paid by the guest.
✔ All non-refundable bookings must be 100% prepaid before your arrival with a payment method of your choice.
✔ After your money been transfer as a deposit to confirm your reservation, the guest must immediately inform the hotel by calling or by emailing the deposit payment receipt.
✔ All children are welcome at our hotel.
✔ Infant is considered a person of 0 - 6 years old and stays at our hotel free of charge in the same room with his parents. 1 infant per is the maximum number for a double room. We accept bookings with infants only upon request in specific room types and upon availability. A free baby cot can be provided upon request.
✔ Child is considered a person from 6 to 12 years. The child stays with his parents in an extra bed (folding bed). The surcharge for the child's is 50% discount on the per person price. 1 child is the maximum number per double room. Child bookings are only accepted by our hotel upon request in specific room types and upon availability.
✔ Over 12 years old the person is considered an adult. Adult stays in a double room as a 3rd person in an extra bed (folding bed). The surcharge for a third person staying in a double room is the per person price reduced by 30%. 1 extra adult is the maximum number per double room. We accept reservations with an extra person adult in double room only upon request in specific room types and upon availability.
✔ Infants or children must be accompanied by adults in all the areas of the hotel and to all their activities.
✔ Cancellations are only accepted by email or by fax. Cancellations by phone are not accepted.
✔In case of cancellation more than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, no fee will be charged and the deposit will be fully refunded.
✔ In case of cancellation within 60 to 40 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, an amount equal to the value of one night will be charged as a cancellation fee.
✔In case of cancellation less than 40 days before the scheduled date of arrival, 100% of the total cost of the accommodation will be withheld.
✔ In case of an early departure, 100% of the total stay value will be charged, as planned for the days that were canceled.
✔ In case of a no-show, 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged as planned.
✔ No change or cancellation for a reservation made with a non-refundable price is accepted for any reason, even for force majeure. The reservation is strictly unchangeable and in case of cancellation, the prepayment is non-refundable.
✔ Any bank fees or commissions on refunds or deposits are always paid by the guest and the amount refunded will be reduced proportionately.
✔ Our hotel accepts cash, credit or debit card payments.
✔Our hotel strictly prohibits smoking in all indoor public or private areas. If it is ascertained that the guest has smoked in the room, his account will be charged EUR 250 for room cleaning fees either before or even after his departure. Smoking is allowed only in outdoors areas and at the room balconies always with the balcony door closed.
✔ Pets are not allowed inside our hotel. If you arrive with a pet, the hotel has the right to refuse your stay and by the hotel policy volition cancel your reservation by charging the total value of your reservation as planned.
✔Our hotel has special license GTO (Greek Tourist Organization) by way of derogation (deviation from the law ) and it is NOT compatible for people with disabilities because of the sloping ground. For the same reason it is not possible to install an elevator.
✔ Guests of our hotel must be over 18 years old to confirm their reservation and have to present a relevant document proving their identity.
✔ Details about Pool Conditions of Use, Customer Conduct, Health and Safety Rules, Rules of Use for Minors and Children, Damages and Indemnities as well as any other details governing our Hotel's Rules of Procedure will be detailed within registration card document which you will sign upon your arrival. We will email you a copy of your signed Registration card at the time of your arrival.
